Project enquiry form
The form prepares an email in the email application on your device. Your entries are not submitted to a website database or stored in browser storage by this site. You choose whether to send the prepared email. The form asks for your name, work email, company, region, service interest, project stage, optional budget and project message.
When you send an email
Information you send by email is used to understand your enquiry, communicate with you and discuss a possible project. Email delivery and mailbox storage are handled by the email providers involved. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive client records in an initial enquiry.
Website hosting and technical information
The website uses Vercel hosting. Infrastructure providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information, to deliver and secure the service. This is separate from the project enquiry form.
Cookies and tracking
The current website does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. It does not set its own marketing cookies or store enquiry details in local storage. Hosting infrastructure may use technical mechanisms needed to deliver or protect the site. If the website introduces analytics or advertising tracking, this notice will need to describe that use.
Links to other websites
Case study references and other external links lead to independently operated websites, including King Kong. Their privacy notices apply when you visit them. Following an external link does not submit the Intilaq project enquiry form.
Questions and requests
Email hello@intilaqsolutions.com if you have a privacy question or want to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us. Include enough detail to identify the relevant correspondence, without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
